Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen smart TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with smart TV and deck access that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single, smart TV and deck access, full hall bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Features a large great room with 65" flat-screen smart TV/Blue ray DVD, Xbox One gaming system, wet bar and a gas fireplace. Spacious dining area with seating for 12, large updated kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar seating 4 and Jenn-Aire Stove, hot tub on the deck, screened porch, and a King Master Bedroom with smart TV and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The house is very comfortable and we all had our own space. The A/C worked great which was a relief after the hot days at the beach. The screened in patio was brilliant for dinner to be outside without the bugs. The pool area was a massive upside surprise - the pool was high quality and clean, the lounge chairs were great and the area spacious.

Great home for a family get together. The new pool was fantastic and the living space very open and comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were on the small side but we didn't spend much time in them so they were fine. Amenities in the home were good; lots of games, books, TVs, game system, etc. The home is a distance away from the community center and pools but the trolley came right by the property frequently. Rented bicycles also made it easy to get around the area. We enjoyed a wonderful week in this home.

Our family stay at this property was very enjoyable. The new pool was amazing as was the adjoining game area where parents could play cards in the shade while watching the kids in the pool. The bedrooms were small but nicely furnished and comfortable and the bathrooms also small but functional. The kitchen and great room were awesome. The leather furniture was as comfy as it gets and the island bar made meal preparation easy for several adults to work at once. There were so many things to do at the house and in the area. It was a bit of a hike to the community center however the trolley came right by the house frequently and rented bikes got us around quickly as well. There was a kayak but no paddles so could not be used. Great!

This is a beautiful rental home. The owners have gone to great length to make it a wonderful vacation experience for their renters. New pool and hot tub are fantastic. Updated electronics and wifi work fine. Baby needs. Had 4 generations staying (14 souls ranging from 59-16 mo.) adequate room for all. Can sit on the top deck and see the sunset and sound access is a easy stroll. The only thing we'd change is a second large fridge and some larger saute / fry pans and a griddle to cook for a crowd. Loved this home!!!! We thank the owners for making so lovely.
