Outdoors, your personal Neverland awaits, starting with a 20’ x 30’ swimming pool at the center of all the action. A convenient ramp connects to the pool area so everybody can join in on the fun. When you're ready to trade the pool for the ocean, a community beach access is located just a fast walk from your front door. After hunting treasure along the surf, an outdoor shower is ready to wash away the sand and salt. Step into the ground level media room to catch your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV. The attached kitchenette, with a sink, full-size refrigerator, and an additional drink refrigerator, makes it effortless to fuel your group with cold drinks and snacks.

When you've run out of pixie dust for the day, recharge in one of four comfortable bedrooms on the first level, all of which have direct deck access and a Intelligent TV.
