July 23, 2025 - The Elevator is currently Out-Of-Service and the HOA does not have a specific date for repair completion. We apologize for the inconvenience. UPDATE - As of January 8, 2026 the HOA has stated the Elevator should be repaired by the end of May. As of 5/21/26 HOA says the repair date is unknown - parts are still on order.
