Bedding includes 14 kings, two queens, two doubles, six twins, and two pyramid bunks, so everyone finds a comfortable place to land. Indoors you will find a home theater, a recreation room, 26 TVs, three DVD players, and two highchairs for the youngest travelers. Outdoors, a private saltwater pool, two hot tubs, a poolside cabana, a gas grill, and two outdoor showers keep the day moving from sunrise to starlight. An elevator serves the home's four floors, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 3/28/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.

Special Access Amenities: Ground floor queen offers a special access bedroom with roll-in shower, shower seat, roll-under sink, and grab bars. A ramp is available in the back of the home, from the ground level rec room entry to the pool area, and there is a concrete path from the front driveway to a gate that opens onto the pool area. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
