Set at Milepost 7.5, the central location of this OBX vacation rental puts guests within walking distance of the Wright Brothers National Memorial and close to fishing piers, a movie theater, and a wide range of shopping, dining, and recreational options. Kill Devil Hills sits in the heart of the Outer Banks, with bike and walking paths, playgrounds, go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, and grocery stores and boutiques along the beach road and the bypass. Best of all, the Atlantic is just beyond your own back door. Please note that this home is not pet friendly and features Saturday check-in.

A bubbling hot tub awaits for revitalizing soaks and star gazing, and just beyond are soft sandy beaches and rolling surf.

The kitchen overlooks the great room and easily accommodates multiple cooks. This cheerful space features natural wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a host of stainless steel appliances. Dining areas gather everyone together at mealtime, and a den with a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV offers a quiet retreat for private conversations or television viewing. A half bathroom is centrally located. The top floor also holds king suites with flatscreen TVs and private baths, some with direct access to the front covered porch and sun deck.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is $500.00 for either year.

Please Note: The cabana and hot tub will be winterized for January-February months and will not be available. A highchair is provided for young travelers.
