Important Beach Access Information
Please be aware that reaching Barefoot requires crossing a sandy access path. Depending on weather and tidal conditions, the path may contain soft sand or vegetation and can be more difficult to navigate for guests with mobility limitations. It may also require additional effort when carrying suitcases, groceries, or other belongings.
The deeded parking easement is located less than 150 feet from the home, adjacent to 217 E Altoona St. S. A private sandy path is generally available along the southwest side of the property to provide convenient access. However, shifting shoreline conditions can occasionally make it necessary to cross a low dune on foot to reach the home.
