Create memorable beach vacations at Memory Maker, a roomy six-bedroom semi-oceanfront home in Nags Head designed for families looking to relax, reconnect, and appreciate the Outer Banks.

The home comfortably accommodates guests with six well-appointed bedrooms featuring two king beds, three queen beds, and two bunk bed sets that are ideal for kids or young adults. Two of the bedrooms offer private en suite bathrooms and direct access to their own balconies, while numerous bathrooms include double vanities for added convenience.

The bright, open-concept living space showcases alluring floor throughout and provides plenty of room for everybody to gather. The modern kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and everything needed to prepare meals, while the adjoining dining area is ideal for family dinners and special occasions.

After a day at the beach, relax in the comfortable living room with its 65-inch TV for movie nighttime. The recreation room offers additional entertainment with a pool table, Xbox gaming on another 65-inch TV, and a cozy fireplace. Multiple sun and covered decks provide inviting spaces to savor morning sunrises, evening sunsets, and exhilarating coastal breezes.

Outside, guests can cool off in the private 12' x 24' saltwater swimming pool or relax in the hot tub. The pool area also features an outdoor bar, sink, and shower, making it simple to enjoy time outdoors. A private sand play area in the backyard offers additional space for games and family fun.

Beach access is conveniently located roughly 350 feet away across the street via the semi-private access near the First Colony Inn, just south of the Surfside Hotel. Guests are asked not to use the Surfside Hotel's beach access.

New for the 2026 season, Memory Maker features an upgraded pool table along with a new multi-game arcade system for even more indoor entertainment.

Dogs are welcome (max. of two). A completely fenced dog run provides a safe outdoor area where your four-legged family members can enjoy fresh air and exercise. A constructed-in dog door accepts convenient access from the home's mid-level entrance, and the enclosure includes both a pet waste station and a decorative fire hydrant.

The private pool is available from the first week of May through the second week of October. Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool.

For added convenience, bed linens and towels are included, and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

Memory Maker is appealingly located near many of Nags Head's trendy attractions, including local eateries, shopping, fishing piers, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and Jockey's Ridge State Park.

For security purposes, the property is equipped with two exterior Ring cameras—one monitoring the driveway and the other facing the side street.

Lower Level: Grand covered porch, bedroom with two bunk bed sets, game room with adjoining TV lounge area, hall bath and laundry, and exit to poolside patio.

Mid Level: King en suite with private ocean-facing balcony, 3 queen bedrooms, hall bath and sound-facing deck, accessed by two of the queen bedrooms.

Top Level: Kitchen, great room with ocean-facing terrace, dining area, king en suite with a semi-private bath, and a private sound-facing deck.
