Sample a cornucopia of local artisans and craftsmen, farmers, and other homegrown vendors at this local market that brings the best talents of Currituck County to a central location in the heart of the Inner Banks. Held weekly at the grounds of The Cotton Gin in Jarvisburg, this summertime market serves as an introduction to the wealth of goodies that are available just off the beaches of the Outer Banks.

The market is held every Saturday morning and early afternoon on the grassy lawn that borders the Cotton Gin – one of the Inner Banks’ most iconic gift shops for visitors. Though the roster of vendors may change from week to week, visitors can expect to find a wealth of goodies at the weekly market, which can include fresh and locally grown produce, fresh baked goods and accoutrements, local artworks, handmade crafts, unique gifts, and much, much more. The ensuing display is a fine representation of how unique the coastline can be, and will tempt anyone on the hunt for hand-crafted and completely unique souvenirs or goodies to take home. Fun for all ages, this shopping experience is one of a kind and is a great way to sample all the goodies that the Inner Banks has to offer.
