Mahi Mahi’s Island Grill started as a dream of building something amazing for both the Outer Banks community and visitors alike. Alfredo Landazuri, a 9 time, 1st place award winning chef and General Manager of Mahi Mahi's, was born in Peru. Twenty years ago he made the Outer Banks of North Carolina his home and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, the people and the culture. Since then, Alfredo has worked and opened different restaurants along the Outer Banks, specializing in seafood and American cuisine with a dash of Hispanic flavor.

Owners, Andrew & Leslie Mikhail, have proudly partnered with Alfredo to bring the Outer Banks a new restaurant where customers can expect an affordable menu, quality ingredients and warm service, all a staple of the Outer Banks hospitality culture.
