The Sandcastle Cake is adorned with pearl-colored white chocolate seashells and starfish, creating a beautiful fairy tale motif for your big day.

Award-winning pastry chef Melinda Gregory flawlessly ices each cake with traditional buttercream frosting, not rolled fondant, ensuring the cake tastes as good, if not better, than it looks. Just Desserts can handle any number of wedding themes, from beachy to traditional and modern to whimsical. 

The wedding cakes come in a variety of flavors, including éclair, key lime, chocolate macadamia nut, 24 karat cold (carrot cake), Chocolate Choco Mousse (vanilla sponge or chocolate cake layers filled with chocolate mousse, which can be flavored with liquors) and Chocolate Damnation (seven layers of chocolate, cheesecake, mousse, genoise and ganache. Traditional flavor of white and chocolate butter cake with butter cream filling also are available. In addition, choose from lemon, orange, black forest, banana, raspberry and pineapple flavors. 

Each cake is made from scratch with fine ingredients for exceptional quality.
