New books include lots of great gardening books and sections on local and North Carolina history, the Civil War – we did have a significant battle on the island 150 years ago – crafts, sports, birding and general non-fiction and fiction sections. They even have several versions of Eclipse from the Twilight Series in Spanish. While not all the books are hot off the press, this is a great place to fill in your collection. They also sell puzzles and books by local children’s book author, Suzanne Tate. She has an entire rack of her Nature Series for kids. Browse two floors and enjoy the treasure hunt!
