Everyone should have an opportunity to get into the holiday spirit – even the furry members of the family. So bring everyone in the party along for this special event that’s open to parents, kids, friends, and even dogs at the Elizabethan Gardens. On the night of WOOFstocking at Winter Lights, dogs are allowed to join in the fun and enjoy the twinkling scene of the gardens, and there are plenty of treats and surprises along the way to keep everyone in the family smiling.

All leashed dogs are allowed to visit the gardens for free during WOOFstocking at Winter Lights, and the first 100 furry visitors during this event will receive a special stocking that folks can stuff with pet-friendly gifts from the on-site vendors. Visitors will also receive $3 off the price of admission tickets for humans, provided they bring along a donation for the Outer Banks SPCA – a local organization that does a world of good for area pets in need of a home. Donations can range from dog food and cat food to dish soap and pet toys, and once you’re through the gates, families and their pets can enjoy a gorgeous stroll through one of the Outer Banks’ favorite holiday destinations – the Winter Lights event at the Elizabethan Gardens.
