Four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds (one offers a bathroom equipped for special access), and a children's suite is furnished with two double bunks. A laundry room and half bath are centrally located. Movie buffs will flock to a vibrant private home theater room with tiered seating for ten, big-screen TV, and surround sound. Those with competitive spirits will gather in the oceanfront recreation room outfitted with ceramic tile floors, a billiard table, foosball, mounted flatscreen, and a kitchenette/bar with sink, refrigerator, microwave, standalone icemaker, second mounted flatscreen TV, and bar seating for five.

Rec room doors open to a host of elaborate outdoor amenities. A sparkling 30 x 15 custom pool and a bubbling hot tub are the focal point. The pool deck is lined with lounge seating for relaxation under clear coastal skies. Respite from the sun can be found at the poolside cabana with bar seating and a rooftop sun deck with seating. A gas grill and prep station with an outdoor sink are available, and informal BBQ meals can be served hot off the grill. Three outdoor showers make quick work of rinsing off salt and sand. When the sea is calling, stroll the private walkway that meanders to the sandy shoreline and frolicking waves.

Six charming bedroom suites and a nursery await guests on the first floor (please note that a crib is not provided, but can be rented locally from vacation gear companies). A Keurig is provided. This level offers three stylish bedroom suites, all with flatscreen TVs and private baths. Two suites offer king beds and direct access to the front covered deck, and a children's bedroom is outfitted with two pyramid bunks. A peaceful office/den completes the second floor amenities and is furnished with sofa and armchair seating, a desk top with two chairs, and a flatscreen TV.

The third floor loft is an open-concept design perfect for teens and children in your traveling party. This space offers a media lounge furnished with three sofas and a mounted flatscreen TV, and sleeping accommodations are comprised of two double bunks, one twin bunk, and a trundle. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
