Welcome to Twin Views. This home offers Pamlico Sound, canal, and sunset vistas for your viewing pleasure. This adorable and well-maintained property is dog friendly, with a fenced in yard. There is a small water level dock for launching kayaks and paddle boards, with easy access to the beautiful Pamlico Sound. The main dock area is perfect for the fisherman, with room to tie up your boat and then clean your catch. Dock is perfect for the family to enjoy the sunsets, fishing, and crabbing. Two levels offer furnished sun decks, and there is even a screened-in porch for more views.

The comfortable living area features a dining room, kitchen, and living room with direct deck access. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a DVD player for entertainment. A king bedroom also features a flat screen TV and has a full bath with a jetted tub.

The third level has a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and is a perfect place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. Two bedrooms are on this level. One is a king bedroom with a flat screen TV and a private deck entrance. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

You can relax on the sun decks, enjoy a picnic on the dock, fish and crab from the dock and so much more. Ocean access is walkable via subdivision streets and then across Highway 12, so you have the best of both worlds at Twin Views. WiFi is thoughtfully provided so that you will not miss a thing while on vacation.

A luggage lift is being added for your convenience! To use the remote, there will be a $60 refundable deposit requested at arrival. This will be refunded to you upon departure when you bring the remote back to the Avon office.
