Ground Level: Exterior amenities include the hot tub, enclosed outside shower and gas grille.

Mid Level: Offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Queen Bedroom with semi-private master bathroom (second door to the hallway), Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer and shaded decks.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, dining room seating 8 with deck access, nook with game table seating and the kitchen with counter seating for 5. Queen Bedroom with semi-private master bathroom (second door to the living areas). The upper level features wide sun decks with picnic table, plenty of deck furnishings and a crow’s nest deck for a bird’s eye ocean view.

Extras: Hot Tub, two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 2 TVs, DVD player, books, games, gas grille, picnic table, broad decks, wireless internet, crow’s nest and linens and towels supplied. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive cars such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Carova Beach is convenient for families with kids and older folks because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive car brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and appreciate the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and savor the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and tons of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are supplied with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip. 

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH GEAR! A $250 CREDIT toward the best vacation rental equipment available is included when you rent this property. After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing COMPLIMENTARY beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bicycles, umbrellas, gas grille, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees apply to all 4x4 properties (approx. $150). (This service is not supplied on reservations made with any 3rd event booking sites.) *This service will not be available for this home after the 2026 rental season.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
