The first level has a grand lobby, a half bath, an elevator, and a laundry facility with two full-size washers/dryers and two super main bedrooms with TVs and full baths. The first and second bedrooms have sound front deck access and views. The second level has a grand multimedia room with a 70-inch TV, surround sound, a wet bar, and four main bedrooms. The third and fourth have sound front deck access and views.

The fifth and sixth bedrooms have access to the canal, pool, and deck, plus terrific views. The third level has a huge great room with a tall ceiling, a half bath, a fireplace, multimedia through a new receiver and nine speakers, inside and out, resort furnishings, stationary observation binoculars on the deck, and incredible views of the sound front and evening sunsets.
