The large green lawn is the perfect spot for outdoor croquet, ladder toss, or a game of fetch with your four-legged guests. Both a gas and charcoal barbecue grill will be found in the new enclosed and private picnic area. On the first floor, the first bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and deck access. The third bedroom is a primary with a queen bed, a TV, a private bath, and deck access. The den provides a quiet retreat for reading or just relaxing. A hall bath is available on this level and is easily accessible from all rooms. Also, just outside on the first-floor deck, is the brand new four-person hot tub.
