The ground level rec room is a favorite gathering spot for game nights and rainy afternoons. There is a mounted flatscreen TV on this level. Two bedrooms are available on this level, one with a queen bed and the other with two pyramid bunks. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and share a full bath. A half bath is located on this floor as well as the laundry room that has a washer, a dryer, and a sink.
Making your way outside, there is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a gas grill for easy beach week dinners. The pool area offers a 28 by 10 private pool and a poolside hot tub. Steps lead up over the dune onto a dune-top gazebo with built-in seating and steps down to the walkway to the beach. The private pool is open May 2 through October 10 in 2026 and May 1 through October 9 in 2027.
