Good to Know

Pool Details: The private pool measures 45' x 21'. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $800.00. Pool heated by propane. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Updates for 2025: New hot tub.

Updates for 2024: New furniture in great room, new chairs and artwork in the foyer, new polywood loungers around the pool, new outdoor furniture on the pool house rooftop deck, three new dishwashers, three new refrigerators, and two new washing machines.

Special Access Amenities: This home has a ramp leading to the ground floor entrance, an elevator, and a ground floor queen bath with a barrier-free tile shower and roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
