- Property cannot be used or occupied by more than the maximum provided bedding. No extra bedding, such as air mattresses or cots, is allowed.
- This home has a Sunday check-in.
- Fireplace is seasonal and available October through March.

Electronics Info: All bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming capabilities and a wall-mounted Echo Dot. Guests use their own logins to access streaming services. Free high-speed wireless internet is provided throughout the home.

Special Access Amenities: This home has a ramp leading to the ground floor entrance, an elevator, and a ground floor queen bath with a barrier-free tile shower and roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Pool: The 45' x 21' private pool is heated by propane, and the maximum pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 with a pool heat cost of $800.00. 2027 pool dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027 with a pool heat cost of $800.00.

This home allows two well-behaved adult dogs with an additional fee. No puppies, please.
