The living area is perfect for gathering and features a 75in 4K HDTV and sound bar. All bedrooms and common areas include a Smart TV for your enjoyment. Once you step outside, you will find a private pool (16 x 32), pool furniture, hot tub, and grill for outdoor dining. At night, take a swim and enjoy gazing up at the stars, while hearing the waves crash along the shoreline. This home provides a Large Dog Crate for your use.

**Please be advised that a “video only” security camera is installed outside the home overlooking the driveway. The audio feature on the camera has been disabled. There are no other security cameras inside or outside the home.**

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY Groups of unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any group-type situation are not permitted. Exceptions to this policy would be for an event taking place with a signed Event Addendum. Properties are patrolled on a regular basis. Beach Realty has a legal right and contractual obligation to have premises immediately vacated that have been reserved by non-family groups without refund of rents and associated fees and to further impose penalties (as permitted by Article 6, Chapter 42 of the North Carolina General Statutes Residential Tenant Security Deposit Act.). NC Gen. Stat. 14-100 makes it a crime to obtain any rental unit under false pretenses.
