Please note that this is a Saturday check-in home and no pets are allowed.

Breathe easy when you relax poolside at Ocean Royale, featuring a hot tub, a gas grill, a covered cabana, open outdoor shower, and private walkway to the beach. All rooms either offer a private bath, or they share a bath with another bedroom. All showers on this floor are custom tile showers, with the exception of the bath shared by room #18 and #19, which has a shower/tub. The poolside king bedroom has a special access bath with a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower.

An oceanview rec room anchors the middle level, and features a pool table, flat screen TV, and wet bar with full fridge, Keurig, under-counter icemaker, and sink. Pop some popcorn and enjoy movie night in the theater, with tiered seats and a flat screen TV. The kids room on this level has two double bunks (sleeps 8) with a sofa and TV, an awesome oasis for the younger vacationers in your group! There are also six king rooms and a queen room on this level, all with private baths with the exception of room #9, which shares a bath with room #10.

Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the company of family and friends in the extended great room, which is comprised of two living areas divided by a seasonal gas fireplace and a large dining area. Step out onto oceanview decks to feel the sweet sea breeze. The open concept kitchen includes bar seating, an island, two sinks, two dishwashers, two ranges, three ovens, an under-counter icemaker, wine cooler, a Keurig, and two 42" refrigerator/freezers, making group meals genuinely easy. Four bedrooms with private baths round out this level. The west bedrooms includes a balcony.

The lofted sitting area provides sofa seating, a TV, and a wine cooler, a quiet perch above the action. Please note that the elevator does not go to the third floor.

Pool: The 36.0 x 18.0 private pool is available seasonally. 2026 pool dates: 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $800.00. 2027 pool dates: 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $800.00.
TVs and Internet: The home offers 30 TVs, plus free high-speed wireless internet.
Fireplace: Seasonal fireplace available October through March.
Special Access Amenities: This home offers an elevator. The ground floor NE king bedroom has a wheelchair accessible door
that leads to the poolside deck (3 stairs to get from the deck to the pool area), and a bath with roll-under sink and roll-in custom tile shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
