Inside, enjoy the convenience of having a poolside lounge with wet bar, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, Keurig, and an under counter icemaker. All rooms either offer a private bath, or they share a bath with another bedroom. All showers on this floor are custom tile showers, with the exception of the bath shared by room #18 and #19, which has a shower/tub. The poolside king bedroom has a special access bath with a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower. A home gym room offers a beverage cooler, TV, ellipitcal, rower, and bench.

The kids room on this level has two double bunks (sleeps 8) with a sofa and TV - an awesome oasis for the younger vacationers in your group! There are also six king rooms and a queen room on this level - all have private baths with the exception of room #9, which shares a bath with room #10.

Step out onto oceanview decks to feel the sweet sea breeze. The open concept kitchen includes bar seating, an island, two sinks, two dishwashers, two ranges, three ovens, an under-counter icemaker, wine cooler, a Keurig, and two 42" refrigerator/freezers. The retro wine lounge has a built-in tasting table and wine storage racks. Four bedrooms with private baths round out this level. The west bedrooms includes a balcony.

The Kill Devil Hills Location
Set oceanfront at Milepost 7.5, this OBX vacation rental places you in the heart of the Outer Banks. Kill Devil Hills oceanfront homes enjoy direct beach access, and lifeguards are stationed every half-mile along this stretch of the Atlantic during the summer season. Beyond the dune line, you will find a network of bike and walking paths, parks and playgrounds, a community skate park, plus go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser-tag, and the movies. History lovers can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, the national historic attraction that houses a reproduction of the Wright Flyer first flown in 1903. Grocery stores, surf shops, colorful boutiques, and dining from family fare to finer restaurants line the beach road and the bypass, while a drive to Colington Island winds through maritime forest toward the sound and fresh, locally caught seafood.
Updates for 2024: The first floor rec room pool table was refelted and a beverage cooler was added to the third floor sitting area.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $800.00 for both 2026 and 2027.
TVs: The TVs offer Hulu + Live TV.
Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp leading to the front
entrance and an elevator. The ground floor NE king bedroom has a wheelchair accessible door
that leads to the poolside deck (3 stairs to get from the deck to the pool area), and a bath with roll-under sink and roll-in custom tile shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 75 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
