Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, lots of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment at which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community which is constantly being updated; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, perfect for fishing, launching kayaks or just enjoying the view.

If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1 mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches. At Milepost 8.25, the community is wonderfully convenient to all the incredible shopping, dining, activities, and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-popular vacation destination it is. The community is just across the street from the famed Wright Memorial.

With beautiful water views and an expansive patio to enjoy, you will love this spacious 1-level vacation condominium. Two bedrooms and two baths make this is an ideal property for a small family or friends traveling together. The front entry foyer boasts a second distinct living area, with a sofa, chair, and flat-screen TV. Enjoy some quiet time here as you curl up with a book or your iPad.

As you enter the great room, you will smile because it's obvious that you've made the right choice for your Outer Banks vacation. Soothing sage walls and a comfy sofa invite you to sink in and relax as your time to unwind begins. The flat-screen TV offers the promise of fun movie nights. Access the private patio through the living area. What a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

The richly appointed kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, white appliances, and a cool tile floor. **Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
