The second level is where you will find your large, high-ceiling great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room features a large sofa and a TV for movie nights with the family. The spacious kitchen comes with appliances, cookware, and workspace to cook tasty meals. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 ensures that the chef is never left out of a conversation! Sit down and enjoy the delicious meal as a family in the formal dining area.

Head up the stairs to the third and fourth levels to find your comfy cozy sleeping arrangements. The third level boasts two King En Suites for the ultimate privacy. The fourth level has a double Queen En Suite. The people who get this room will have the whole floor to themselves!

The first level of the home features a lovely sitting room with a TV and an arcade gaming station, a half bathroom, as well as a covered porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are not permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
