Two beach access points are just steps away, and mini-golf is just 1 block from this home. Dowdy Park is less than a 5 minute walk, with many events and a large playground. In the summer there is the Dowdy Farm and Craft Market, evening concerts, morning yoga, and so much more for the whole family to enjoy!

On the ground floor is a fenced yard with a 6 foot fence, outdoor shower, dry entry, game room with TV, foosball, an arcade game and dvds, a bonus room with a King-Size Bed and a half bath. The full sized laundry are in the hall closet. A second full sized refrigerator is on this level. Relax in the outdoor private pool and hot tub, or dine at the picnic table and play a friendly game of corn hole. For even more fun, enjoy a game of backyard volleyball with the portable volleyball court — perfect for family tournaments and beach-day energy right at the house!

The mid level has 4 bedrooms (two with a Queen, one bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunks and one bedroom with a double bunk set) and 2 full baths (one with a tub/shower combo and one with a shower) off the hallway. 

The top floor is the great room, an open kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dining area and living room that lead out to the sun deck facing the ocean. There is also a full bath off the living room with a shower. You won't want to leave this beautiful beach home!
