Single Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and a private bathroom, Bedroom with a Queen and Single and a full hall bathroom. Great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Couch and patio access, full kitchen and dining room seating 6. There is a community outside shower for guests to use before entering the pool or to help rinse the sand off after being at the beach. There is also a shared coin operated laundry facility on the ground level. The Community pool is located between the building and the beach. This location is within walking distance to eateries and close to shopping and family attractions.

Extras: 2 TVs, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 2 cars, shared coin operated laundry area, iron, ironing board, community pool (approx. pool dates are Memorial Day to Labor Day), high chair, vacuum and sun deck. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs or a grille.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
