Discover an extensive enclosed backyard with a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub where you can cool down and wash all of your worries away! Sunbathe on any of the poolside loungers while reading a favorite book, enjoy a refreshing beverage of your choice on the covered front porch while looking out on the picturesque scenery, or gather in the welcoming lounge area overlooking the pool while the grilling master of the group surprises everyone with delicious grilled meals and treats prepared in the gas grill.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• The pool is available from May through mid-October.
• Community pools are typically available for guest use on Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
