Eighteen kings, eight twin bunks, and an elevator serving all four levels keep a group of this size comfortable. Outside, you'll find a private pool, two hot tubs, and a private walkway to the beach. A theater, two rec rooms, an outdoor cabana bar, and wide gathering spaces fill the hours in between.

Four levels of living space are connected by an elevator that travels to each floor, so families, reunions, and multigenerational groups can spread out without ever losing touch. The 30 x 16 private pool, two hot tubs, sundeck, covered decks, and two outdoor showers turn the exterior into a second home of its own, while 31 TVs, a home theater, and two recreation rooms keep the indoor entertainment going. A gas grill, a cabana, a highchair, free high-speed wireless internet, an EV charger, and 22 parking spaces round out an OBX vacation rental designed for a crowd. Please note this is a no-pets home with Sunday check-in.

Pool: Pool dimensions are 30.0 x 16.0. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Seasonal Cabana Services: This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
