Access the ground floor via the stairs or ramp that lead to the covered deck that offers an entry to a sitting area. There are eight king bedrooms as well as a bunk room with two twin bunks, each with their own private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level. On the east end of the house there is a rec room with a ping-pong table and a set of sliding glass doors that lead to the pool deck. The 30 x 16 private pool, with the option to be heated for an additional fee, is sure to be where smiles and laughs are shared with your group during your vacation. Along with the pool, there are two hot tubs, an outdoor shower, and a cabana bath (half bath) easily accessible from the pool deck.

The first floor offers entertainment indoors and out. A theater for watching your favorite movies, a rec room for showing off your skills in a game of pool or air hockey, and a covered deck and outdoor bar area for those who just want to kick back and enjoy the simple pleasure of being near the ocean. Seven king bedrooms are available on this level, each with a private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level as well. The covered deck extends to a covered bar area with table and bar height seating, a sink, and a mini-fridge. This space overlooks the pool area below and offers a private walkway to the east that will land you right in the sand of the shoreline. There are also stairs that lead down to the ground level pool.

Ascend to the top living level and be engulfed in the expansive open floor plan that offers the great room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as an elongated bar area with seating for many. Windows toward the east fill the space with views of the Atlantic and natural light, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) makes the great room especially inviting on cooler-weather stays. The pantry provides storage for your stay and is conveniently located central to the kitchen. A sitting room is adjacent to the kitchen and bar area. There are three king bedrooms, each with a private bath. The covered deck that overlooks the ocean is where you'll want to be when the sun comes up, coffee in hand, watching for dolphins playing along the shore. The open sundeck is where you'll want to be when the sun is high in the sky to soak up some vitamin D and to enjoy the coastal breezes.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance, elevator, and a special access bathroom in the ground floor king with a roll-under sink, low barrier shower, and shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for more detail.
