A location in Kill Devil Hills puts you central to the Outer Banks! You aren't far from some of the beaches finest sightseeing ventures, dining options, and locally owned shops and boutiques.

Access the ground floor via the stairs or ramp that lead to the covered deck that offers an entry to a sitting area. There are eight king bedrooms as well as a bunk room with two twin bunks, each have their own private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level. On the east end of the house there is a rec room with a ping-pong table and a set of sliding glass doors that lead to the pool deck. The private pool, with the option to be heated for an additional fee, is sure to be where smiles and laughs are shared with your group during your vacation! Along with the pool, there is a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a cabana bath (half bath) easily accessible from the pool deck.

The first floor offers entertainment indoors and out! A theater for watching your favorite movies, a rec room for showing off your skills in a game of pool, and a covered deck and outoor bar area for those who just want to kick back and enjoy the simple pleasure of being near the ocean. Seven king bedrooms are available on this level, each with a private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level. The covered deck extends to a covered bar area with table and bar height seating, a sink, and a mini-fridge. This space overlooks the pool area below and offers a private walkway to the east that will land you right in the sand of the shoreline. There are also stairs that lead down to the ground level pool.

Ascend to the top floor and be engulfed in the expansive open floor plan that offers the great room, kitchen, dining area, as well as an elongated bar area with seating for many. Windows towards the east fill the space with views of the Atlantic and natural light. The kitchen is equipped with two ranges, four dishwashers, two refrigerators, a standalone ice maker, a Keurig, and three standard drip coffee makers. The pantry provides storage for your stay and is conveniently located central to the kitchen. A sitting room is adjacent to the kitchen and bar area and is furnished with a game table and a TV. There are three king bedrooms, each with a private bath, one with a private west-facing deck. The covered deck that overlooks the ocean is where you'll want to be when the sun comes up, coffee in hand, watching for dolphins playing along the shore. The open sundeck is where you'll want to be when the sun is high in the sky to soak up some vitamin D and to enjoy the coastal breezes.

A second hot tub is being added to the pool area. Subject to change until complete.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/05/2024 - 09/22/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/04/25 - 09/21/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance, elevator, and a special access bathroom in the ground floor king with a roll-under sink, low barrier shower, and shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for more detail.
