There’s a ladder and tie up for small boats, boat slips that can be rented in the community’s marina, and the community’s private, deeded ocean beach access within a few minutes’ walk.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and easy, single-level living. There are picture windows that frame panoramic views of the sound and charming, comfortable furnishings that encourage you to kick up your feet and relax. Outside on the large, furnished deck, there is plenty of seating with deck chairs and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The property landscaping is natural and sandy with beach and Pampas grass. There is a grill, a second picnic table, and two additional deck chairs on the ground level.

The bedrooms offer one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Three TVs, VCR, books and games offer additional diversion if you can tear yourself away from the delights of the outdoors and views.
