The third bedroom includes a TV, a DVD player, and a full bath. All bedrooms have easy communal access to the oceanfront deck. A laundry room is convenient for all the bedrooms. The third level has an ocean-facing great room with a cathedral ceiling, beautiful resort furnishings, an entertainment center with TV, and an electric fireplace. The all-equipped kitchen has laminate floors and opens to an ocean-view dining table and has access to a covered deck with a picnic table. A furnished sundeck offers dynamite ocean views. • The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
