Ground Level: The exterior of this level really goes "Beyond Paradise"! The poolside cabana features an air conditioned full-size kitchen, patio with a dining table as well as bar seating that overlooks the pool area. A sizable sauna and air conditioned full bathroom are connected to the patio area. The roomy (40 foot wide) pool features modren lounge furnishings and plenty of space for all!  Play all day in the private pool, with waterfall feature and a sitting area with a bubbler. 2 hot tubs next to the pool to warm up for the evening. From the pool area there is a private walkway over the dune to the beach with two outdoor showers and foot washes for rinsing the sand off on the way back. Upon entering the inside of the home, luxury immediately greets you in the grandiose entryway which extends from the ground floor all the way to the top level, where you'll notice a handsome chandelier. Elevator access to the ground level and second and third floors. (no elevator access to the top level). Sitting room with game table ideal for your vacation puzzle with couches and a TV. Kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave which also features three sets of front load washers and dryers. This level also offers 9 Master Bedrooms, each with a TV and private bathroom. You'll find 6 King Master Bedrooms (2 with deck access), Master Bedroom with 2 Queens and 2 Master Bedrooms each with 2 Constructed In Full/ Full Bunk Sets 

Level 2: Take movie nighttime to an epic level in the theatre room featuring tiered seating with 13 theater-style recliners, projector and a Karaoke machine. The Rec Room offers a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball and a card table. There are 3 big-screen TVs  to appreciate while you play or speakers and a dedicated receiver if you prefer to put on your favorite playlist instead. Snacks and cold drinks are just a few steps away at the close by bar which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Dining options include three huge dinner tables each seating 12, counter top seating at the kitchen bar or choose to dine al fresco on the upsized open air deck.  The spacious deck features an outdoor dining table as well as cafe-style tables and chairs, along with expansive vistas of the ocean. There are 4 King Master Bedroom Suites on this level all with a Intelligent TV and private bathroom. The main master on this bedroom is additional opulent including spacious sitting area, desk area, covered sunset deck, walk-in closet with washer and dryer and an upsized bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub an murals brightening the room.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub. 

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 100 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $3000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
