The poolside patio features an air-conditioned full kitchen, patio with a dining table, as well as covered bar seating that overlooks the pool area. A enormous sauna and air-conditioned full bathroom are connected to the patio area. The spacious deck around the pool features fresh lounge furnishings and plenty of space for all! Play all day in the private pool, with waterfall feature, a kiddie pool and a spa bubbler. There are two standalone hot tubs poolside for ultimate relaxation. From the pool area, there is a private walkway over the dune to the beach with two outdoor showers and foot washes for rinsing the sand off on the way back.

Elevator access goes from the ground level, up to the second and third levels (no elevator access to the top level). Upon entering the inside of the home, luxury immediately greets you in the grandiose entryway (that extends from the ground floor all the way to the top level) with a bespoke granite floor medallion and a alluring chandelier. The sitting room with game table is ideal for your vacation puzzles or appreciating a cup of coffee, while the comfortable couches and TV are ideal for viewing your favorite shows. Level 3: The Great room offers floor to ceiling windows, comfortable couches, TV, gas fireplace and an office nook with a desk. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with three ovens, two 5-burner gas cooktops, three fridges, two dishwashers, an ice maker, and plenty of counter space. Dining options include three sizable dining tables with seating for 38, countertop seating for 5 at the kitchen bar, or you can choose to dine al fresco on the upsized open-air deck. The spacious deck features an outdoor dining table, as well as cafe-style tables and chairs, along with expansive vistas of the ocean.  

There are 4 King Master Bedroom Suites on this level all with a Intelligent TV and private bathroom. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

This property has a ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera overlooking the driveway facing away from the home. 

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleeper couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. Blankets supplied in closets. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 100 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $3000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
