The mid-level has direct access to a covered oceanside deck that offers access to the poolside cabana without climbing stairs. A wet bar is a wonderful addition to this space. The gourmet kitchen provides plenty of countertops and bar seating for more casual dining, making meals for a big group genuinely enjoyable. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom with a flat screen TV and private bathroom, and a second king bedroom that offers direct access to a covered front deck, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
The Kill Devil Hills Location: Staying in the heart of the Outer Banks means bike and walking paths, playgrounds, a community skate park, go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser-tag and the movies are all close at hand. Grocery stores, surf shops, colorful boutiques and dining that ranges from finer restaurants to casual family fare line the beach road and the bypass, while a detour to Colington Island leads through maritime forest toward the sound and fresh local seafood. Lifeguards are stationed every half-mile along this stretch of beach during the summer season, and as an oceanfront home, Beach Palace enjoys direct beach access.

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00 in either year. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
