The living area offers a large TV and there is a sun deck overlooking the pool area and covered porch facing west where you can catch some terrific sunsets. This level also features a handicap accessible private suite. The mid-level offers three bedrooms, one is handicap accessible, and two covered porches. On the ground level, there is a den w/TV and wet bar.

Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Carport, Wheelchair Ramped Entry, Den w/TV, Outdoor Speakers w/Bluetooth connectivity, Wet Bar w/Mini-Refrigerator, Half Bath, Elevator, Access to Patio Area w/Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Enclosed Outside Roll-in Shower, and Private Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally.
