Welcome to The Island Guesthouse and Motel in Manteo, NC.

We think every day and every season should be relaxing and carefree. Located close to beaches and the best surfing and fishing on the Eastern coast, the town of Manteo offers a little something for everyone. A friendly greeting, good conversation and down-home Southern hospitality are our standard. We are happy to offer recommendations for activities; “must see” historical sites and lighthouses, gift shops, seafood restaurants and local events.
