Jockey’s Ridge Crossing will be hosting the Annual Sunset Festival this year running from June 10th to September 1st. The nightly Sunset Festival takes place from Monday through Friday at Jockey’s Ridge, and features a spectacular front row seat to one of the best sunset-watching vantage points along the North Carolina coastline. After taking in the magical outdoor display, attendees can wander over to the Kitty Hawk Kites flagship store to indulge in ice cream and beach fare, enjoy crafty activities like hair wraps and sand art projects, pick up a kite to fly along the sand dunes, or just relax and explore everything this beloved landmark has to offer. Tuesdays offer a great way to unwind with the musical stylings of Kim Kalman. With lots of ways to enjoy the scene, the Sunset Festival and Tuesday Tunes is a fun summer event that can’t be missed.
Mermaid Mondays
Make the most out of Monday evenings and celebrate your inner mermaid with this unique summertime festival that features lots of ways to have a ball.
