Experience classical music like you never have before with this unique concert that will appeal to music lovers of all tastes. Pop Go The Classics is a celebration of classical music with a twist of pop music stylings, and it features celebrated pianist and arranger Mac Frampton, accompanied by the ThreePenny Symphony, in an engaging show that merges conservatory training with a mastery of the pop and jazz styles.

Pop Go The Classics is a show that is three decades in the making, and which takes cues from Frampton’s extensive career of innovative arrangements that are based on classical themes. Familiar classic music selections are featured, such as Pictures At An Exhibition, Rachmaninoff’s Prelude In C# Minor, or Flight Of The Bumblebee, but the unique arrangements take these standard classical pieces to a wholly unique level. With a world-class ensemble of six musicians who were also trained in the classics but who have created a bridge to the pop arena, the show is sure to be unlike any music concert that audiences have ever experienced. The show is held at the First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills, and music fans of all ages are welcome to attend and enjoy this distinctive experience.

Owners Henry and Linda Ezzell, along with daughter Kim Ezzell Parker offer honest American Style food that appeal to people of all ages. With so many fine dining establishments in the area they felt there was a need for a down-to-earth, no-frills experience for those that wanted good food, a pleasant and accommodating staff, and an affordable menu. The kid-friendly and casual restaurant has been serving hearty portions to locals and visitors since 1989. Breakfast is what Henry's does best, although it's a wonderful restaurant for lunch and dinner as well. Start your day with incredible hotcakes, omelets, biscuits, french toast, eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches, and even fried trout, served 7:00am to 1:00pm daily.
