Outer Banks Yoga Center strives to offer you and your family a nurturing environment with creative inspiration, internationally trained instructors and a variety of classes for every level and every need.

Outer Banks Yoga is open year round and the perfect place for a unique bonding experience with the girls on your next Outer Banks vacation or a weekly routine for the busy professional. Corporate programs are also available. Reservations are not necessary so just stop in and see what its all about.

A variety of classes are offered at Outer Banks Yoga - Ashtanga Yoga for beginners/intermediate folks and led class (with an instructor), Beach yoga at the Hilton Garden Inn, Dynamic Flow said to leave you feeling strong, calm and graceful. The list continues with Deep Stretch, Gentle/Beginner, Hatha Yoga, Hatha-Vinyasa, Karma yoga, Meditation, Pilates Mat, Prenatal Yoga, T’ai Chi, T’ai Yoga Latte, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

Not sure which class you should choose? The highly trained staff is there to help you, so go ahead and stop in! Find a list of all the classes, schedules and fees online. Directions to their two locations is also available online. The location in Kitty Hawk is open year round and the ‘pop up’ location in Duck is open open seasonally. Hours of operation vary based on the schedule.
