Oh - you don’t know how to surf? Have one of Outer Banks Surf Shop instructors show you or your young adventurer how to do it like a local. All equipment is provided during the two-hour lesson. Call ahead and make an appointment for lessons. You can check out their Learn 2 Surf DVD online.

Nick Callakides, Outer Banks Surf Shops surf instructor, has over 30 years surfing experience. During the lesson Nick not only focuses on technique but also educates on water safety and the impact the water has on the coastline of the Outer Banks.
