The GYM

The GYM adds a kick to your workout with unique fitness programs such as kickboxing and martial arts training as well as beach fitness boot camps and paddle board fitness. 

Work out opportunities are available for all levels of fitness and experience at the GYM.  Men and women can enjoy personal training as well as classes for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Obstacles and Strength Training, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Kali and Paddle Board Training, all designed to push you to your personal limits and get you into great shape. A full schedule of classes and times is available on the gym’s website.

The GYM is great for kids, too, offering kids martial arts classes based on the Gracie Bullyproof program that focuses on fitness, discipline and self-defence in a fun and safe environment. 

The Beach Boot Camps are innovative and invigorating, as you can end up wet and sandy while having fun with an extreme workout in a gorgeous setting. The workouts have a big following with regulars, but visitors can jump in while on vacation.
