Just Beachy Day of Plus service includes discussions on budget, review of contracted services, event vision, regular updates, creation of timeline disbursed to all vendors involved, follow-up with all vendors the week prior, on-site set up and on-site wrap up. If you just need an extra set of hands to keep everything straight, choose Just Beachy’s A-La-Cart services. Just Beachy will handle all things related to your rentals; tables, tents, chairs, linen, tableware and everything else. Minimal percentage fee is charged for this service.
The most comprehensive service offered by Just Beachy is their Destination Wedding Package. Included in the Destination Wedding Package is vendor recommendations, contract review, schedule confirmation, rehearsal dinner walk-through, wedding party transportation coordination, guest transportation coordination, set up site visits, set up appointments with caterers, bakers, florists, create wedding weekend schedule, apply for necessary permits, helps with set up of decor and safe delivery of leftovers and gifts.
