Whether it’s at your place or their private studio in the Kelly Professional Building, the trainers at Home Bodies can work with you at the pace you want to help you get in shape or stay in shape. Both trainers, who live on the Outer Banks and say they are the most experienced personal trainers on the beach, will train clients at a client's house or pool,or at the beach or in their back yard. They will work one-on-one, with partners, or with a group, and travel anywhere from Corolla to South Nags Head. Programs are individualized to fit a person’s goals and teach the proper form and techniques critical for meeting those goals. For those that want a great workout while visiting the Outer Banks, they recommend taking the Beach Boot Camp. Speciality programs include weights; pre- and post-natal; Swiss ball; sport-specific; youth/teen; senior; aquatic and buff brides. Day and times for training sessions are flexible.
