At Bushin Kan Karate in Kitty Hawk, karate is not just an art but is a way of life. With martial arts, cardio, fitness training and after-school programs for youth, this family dojo has something for everyone. Owner Keith Seal has been teaching martial arts from his dojo in Kitty Hawk since 1988.

Seal began is martial arts training in 1983 and is now a sixth-degree black belt and master instructor. He currently studies with Sensei Hiroyuki Tesshin Hamada and is a member of Dai Nippon Butoku Kai Association. Individual and family training is available. Fitness classes include sculpting, pilates, cardio power and resistance and balance and power to name a few.
