Agave Roja

Enjoy traditional Mexican food and Latino fare with a twist at Agave Roja. The year-round restaurant is a colorful stop with red and orange hues, tile and woodwork warming the dining venue. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable yet classy. Dining is available at the bar or tables. Open for lunch and dinner, the Corolla eatery uses quality ingredients to create a delicious menu including starters, soups, salads and a variety of entrees. Order tasty stuffed chiles or a cheese fondue. Try their fish tacos, ceviche or tempting mahi in banana leaf or snapper Veracruz. Traditional fare includes tacos and enchiladas. Try a twist on tacos– shrimp with pineapple-habaiiero pico de gallo. The homemade guacamole is a must try. Entrees include seafood, beef and pork selections. Children can dine on Mexican pizza, chicken soft tacos and a cheese quesadilla – all served with fried plantains. Diners will appreciate the full bar and large collection of tequilas and beer. You also can enjoy sipping a cool mojito or a glass of sangria!
