A sizable queen bedroom with shared bath is just off the kitchen with a TV/DVD player and a Jacuzzi tub. Right off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with plenty of seating to relax. From the living area there is a sliding door leading to the sun deck which offers ocean and sound vistas.

The middle level offers three nice bedrooms, each with its own intelligent TV/DVD player. There are one and a half baths on this level. The lower level is a furnished game room with pool table and flat screen intelligent TV/DVD. There is a washer and dryer on this level as well. The concrete driveway leads to a carport, fish cleaning table and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a calming day at the beach.
