Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a sand carport with picnic table, 2 hammock swings, outside shower and park-style charcoal grille. Inside you'll find the laundry with washer and dryer and dry access to the top level.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and Futon couch. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 4 and access to screened porch and sun deck. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom.

Extras: Two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 2 TVs, high chair, screened porch, charcoal grille, books, picnic table, 2 hammock swings, outside shower and washer / dryer. Linens included. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Carova Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive car brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and appreciate the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and savor the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and tons of waterfowl on the sound.

Gas Fireplace is NOT available for guest use. 
This property does NOT provide beach chairs. 

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are supplied with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
