Topside on level two, the cavernous, tiled great room opens with a cathedral ceiling and has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a living area, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with a family-size table, and is anchored by resort furnishings and a top-of-the-line entertainment center. A full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The main level has four bedrooms and two full baths.

The oceanside first and second bedrooms are close to a hall bath. The third bedroom has deck access and the fourth bedroom has sound vistas, and both are close to the second hallway bath.
