The ground level has ample parking, a gas grill, and a private beach walkway. The first living level has four bedrooms (main with private bath), a hall bath, and a laundry room with a private washer/dryer. Vacationers will lose themselves in the large second-level great room with expansive cathedral ceilings, exposed cedar beams, window benches, and a room-top reading nook. An additional third bathroom plus a well-thought-out design will allow for entertaining a good vacation crowd. The open, well-equipped kitchen is readily accessible to the oceanfront dining area. The six-person hot tub is located outside on the mid-level deck overlooking the ocean with views to the west for spectacular sunsets.
