The home features multiple levels of sun decks, panoramic ocean-to-sound views from the top floor, and effortless beach access, with a location just 400 yards from the beach. Inside, amenities abound, with a first-level game room with a pool table, wet bar, and kitchenette. You can choose from five primary bedrooms. Laundry is a breeze with two washer/dryers. This home has an extensive electronics package with 10 TVs, seven DVD players, stereo/CD, surround sound, and high-speed WiFi for your laptop.

An additional sitting room with a TV on the second level provides a little privacy, as does a top-level loft with sprawling ocean views. For a truly luxurious evening, ride the elevator up to the top-level great room with cathedral ceilings, an adjacent large dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and featuring mile-high ocean views and easy beach access, The Shark Tank is not a home to miss!

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.
