This floor also features a kitchenette ideal for preparing late-nighttime snacks. The well-equipped, full kitchen upstairs is equipped with full-size appliances and is open to the rest of the space. Savor a board game or game of cards in the separate 'lookout' hideaway just up the stairs from the main kitchen. Of course, taking dinner out to the private gas grille is an option.

The first bedroom of this home is just off the living room, and this cavernous room features an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) and a private entrance to the deck. Head down the first set of stairs and turn right to find the second bedroom all set up with a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the hall, the third bedroom (to the right) features bunk beds, a private deck entrance, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Across the hall, the fourth bedroom features a ceiling fan, a private deck entrance, and a sunny en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
