Ground Level: As soon as you step out of the car you will feel right at home. With lush green grass, impressive trees, and homegrown plants this is where you will want to be. After a fun-filled day at the beach take advantage of the outside shower with hot and cold water. The 6-person hot tub is the ideal spot to chill with family or a calming soak. Completing the ground level is a fish-cleaning table and plenty of parking. 

Mid Level: The mid-level features 3 roomy bedrooms that offer natural light, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, sliding doors open to the wrap-around porch, and a DVD player. Bedrooms #2 and #3 offer a Queen bed. All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs (Apple TV or Firestick) and a shared bathroom with a hottub tub and shower. Parlor outside on the covered deck or read a book on the hammock. You will also find the laundry area with full-size front loaders washer & dryer on this level. 

Top Level: As you make your way up, the open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, ideal for entertaining guests or calming after a long day of island adventures. Excite the chef in a entirely outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and plenty of cabinet space to please the crowd. This one is surprisingly bigger than you think. 6 counter stools surround the bar for family meals. Kids will be in heaven with Apple TV and DVD player. Sneak away to the additional seating area, the ideal setting for unwinding or socializing. This level has access to the covered decks & sun deck. A full bathroom is at the top of the staircase.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
