Ground Level: Exterior amenities include the outside shower and park-style charcoal grille. On the back patio you'll find the Hot Tub and a picnic table. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom with a Day Bed, Trundle, flat-screen TV/DVD, drink cooler, games and patio access.  Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, Dining area seating for 6, full hall bath, and a Bedroom with DuoBunk and flat-screen TV.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, beverage cooler, games, outside shower, charcoal grille, 4 bicycles, hammock swing, picnic table, parking for 2 cars and linens and towels included. Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. Kayaks are available for guest use, located at the sound side pool (off Hampton Street). 

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
